I had an exceptional loan experience with this company. There were bumps in my refinance process mostly due to my past credit history. My loan officer James would always keep me in the loop on what was happening and it seemed like he was always at the office to answer my questions. The final fees were brought down to my liking and the entire refinance closed faster than expected. I would definately recommend James for any financing needs, my refinace was completed in January and with the cash out which was taken I recently purchased my first investment property, which James also referred me a realtor in Contra Costa county who found me a great short sale property....
