Order from Koyal at your own risk

I ordered ONE item and waited for three weeks for it to be delivered (yes, I should have checked after 10 days). I called the company and they had no record of my order, although they had no problem taking my money immediately after I clicked the confirm order button.
Took a couple of days to find the order and then took another two weeks to receive the shipment.
A told a friend about my experience with Koyal, full disclosure-lost order and all. She ordered from them as well, giving the company the benefit of the doubt. While they did have record of her order, she, too, had to call and find out where her order was. She was told it she would have it in a particular date and she did not. The order did finally arrived, 10 days after the date she was told to expect it.
There is a repeated pattern of not delivering on time with Koyal and no one at the company seems interested in fixing it.
Order from Koyal at your own risk. Neither my friend nor I will be ordering from them again.
