This company sells software through Amazon Marketplace. I ordered Norton Internet Security. The box was open and the envelope with the software was open. The product was clearly used. Norton provides 365 days of coverage from the installation date. When I tried to install, it showed 241 days remaining and would not load all the parts because it was used. When I put a negative review on Amazon and asked for a refund, the person I talked to said they would only give me a refund when I removed my negative review. Since I wanted my refund I removed the review. Their sellers reviews on Amazon show 100% customer satisfaction. I think they are an unethical company.
