I would suggest that you rethink placing an order with Kahlon. I placed an order on 12/28/07 with them for an item that they said I needed when given the information on my computer, I found out later when I received my memory chip that it was the wrong one. I was told I needed an RMA number and went through the process to get that number. I was told I'd be contacted with the RMA number, when I had not heard from them in a week I called them on 1/17/08 they told me the RMA number then sent an email with the information. I sent the item back 1/19 and they received it within 2 days on Jan. 21st I called them on Jan 29th to find out when I would be receiving my item and was told it was sent out on Jan. 28th and that it should be at my home within days... So imagine my surprise when I call on Feb.11th to hear from one of their employees that it was sent on 2/4/08 and that it's stated on the website that it wouldn't be shipped until a full pallet was picked up by the post office. When I challenged him on that and told him the website states 9-10 business days not when a pallet is picked up. I'm fine with waiting 9-10 business days for my item when it's based on when it got to their office. I was then told to refuse the package when it comes and get a refund, and proceeded to hang up on me. I would never recommend this company to another person, beware of there faulty business practices. One last thing I paid $9.60 for shipping
