I was surprised at all the good reviews for Kahlon. My experience was more in line with the one bad one. I ordered memory chips on 1/2/09, and they charged my credit card right away, which is unusual. About a week later i checked the status on my order on their link on their site. It said "printed to warehouse" or some such. I called the 800 number and asked if they actually had my chips, and the guy I talked to hardly spoke, kind of evasive. After a couple days, I called after seeing the same status, and asked him to cancel the order. He must have spoken three words. Now I am waiting to see if I get my credit card credited. I have a bad feeling about this company. Hope I am wrong. It is the first company I've dealt with that charges your card before shipping your merchandise. Poor CR, if anything.
