Poor customer service. I contacted Jim N I Tire Service through an ad they placed on craigslist. I believed the ad to be place by a private party. the ad was for 4 car rims, I received a reply stating that they still had the rims and made arrangements for the next day to come buy the rims. After driving 60 miles I was told that they in fact did not have the rims. They only had 3 of the 4 advertised. I was told that I could order the 4th rim for an additional cost not to mention the extra trip it would take to pick them up. I spoke with Jim and he placed blame on a 3rd party and made no effort to correct the situation. I feel that Jim should have offered to order the 4th rim and stick with the advertised price of $140.00, I also feel that if they advertise on craigslist they should represent themselves as a business and not a private party. In short I wasted 2 hours and a 1/2 tank of gas.
