Great company. Great for international buyers too. Superb service. Really stand behind everything they sell. If there is a problem with something they send, they will not leave you down on the deal. Fastest shipping of any company due to special deal with Fedex. Even international orders often (usually in the case of Canada) arrive the v next day. They will even send (for example) a replacement fork, before they have received the other one back. Can't get better. If you are fast enough, they will also add to your order before it ships - something some others (Pricepoint for example) have a problem with. This means that if you forget something, you won't have to pay shipping again - if you are quick - cos Jenson ship fast too. I have had six forks from Jenson (and lots of other stuff) and if there is a problem, you could not wish for better service. In this regard they are the best of any retailer I have ever dealt with in any industry. Their service is exactly how you would want it to be. This is almost unique these days and highly desirable. If you ever consider buying a Marzocchi fork online, you NEED this kind of service! ;) In bike etail, relative to some of the competitors I have dealt with, Jenson best, in order, Outside Outfitters, Pricepoint, Bikewagon, Bob's Bikes, with Cambria a distant last - see my review on this site. Jenson also use env friendly packing tape - although this did lead to one package tearing open because they didn't use much tape on the underside of the big box and a couple of items being lost. However, one call and it was sorted. Replacement items arrived faster than if I had ordered them from a competitor in the first place! So still better than the competition even with lost items! I am sure the extra package and transport negated the benefit of the tape though! Lol. The reinforced paper tape makes recycling the boxes a snap versus the competition and deserves respect in its own right. Kudos on all levels. Just use enough tape to keep the box shut! ;) A real gem. Hope they never change. The likes of Cambria would do well to follow Jenson's lead. Oh, and Jenson answer the phone right away too and give you direct lines to the right people. Just couldn't ask for more. If all businesses were run like this, life would be a whole lot better. I hate dealing with problems when the retailer doesn't want to hear it or do anything to help. Never happens with Jenson. And they seem to have the least problems in the first place anyway - esp considering the amount of stuff I order. Jenson are now my preferred supplier and I have spent >$4k with them on lots of components in the last few months. Multiple orders. With this many components (some tiny and >30 diff items in an order) there are bound to be issues, but I cannot believe there could be fewer. And as I said, if you ever have an issue, they will deal with it quickly and fairly. My only criticism is just wanting the moon on a stick. If I could just amend my own order online. So, if I place an order at 10pm and at 11pm I remember I want to add something to it, I should be able to just amend it online. At 11pm Jenson are shut, so I can't call. I have to remember to do it when they open because (criticism 2), they don't add items to orders based on phone messages - at least not fast enough to get them in the order before it ships. If they would add the functionality to amend my own order, they would get a bit more business, save some phone traffic and really make it about as good as you could wish for. Perhaps the search func on the site could be improved further too. If I want a Rockshox Spring and I search for that, I get only one item - just because most of the springs' titles in the inventory don't have the word Rockshox. Whilst still not perfect, Jenson are still the best on search too. Esp for subsequently narrowing the search (for example by manufacturer and presenting the results in price order). I'll leave it there. Highly recommended.
