Michael and his team had a profound impact on how we run our day to day business. We knew at some point we would grow to big to not put significant resources into how we track and run our business. With their help we totally overhauled our reporting or lack of reporting and changed how we bid out projects. No longer would we just bid projects to keep the doors open we would now only go after projects that were profitable enough to make a difference. They fundamentally changed how we do business in a positive way and we are thankful.
