Lots to like about our experience

last year was one of our most difficult periods since we opened our doors a decade ago. We hired IDS to help us wit h a succession plan for one of our founders who is retiring. The amount of time they spent with us on site as considerable and they walked us through the whole process. We feel more confident moving forward now that we have a set timeline and plan how things will be structured in the future.
