My wife and mother-in-law signed up for service in June 2009. She went back THAT day, yes, the SAME day, and filled out a refund form. Before she signed up she was promised that she could get her money back that day if she could not find a property that day (as she was visiting from AZ and had to return that day). Several phone calls and very rude management led me to do as they asked, wait 90 days for a refund. However, 90 days came and went with no response and the business closed down without fulfilling their contract. Horrible business that is a total scam. If they ever open up somewhere else, avoid at all costs.
