Having recently worked with Scott Pickard of Intercap Lending in a streamline refinance of our home I must say this was the smoothest easiest and fastest refinance I have ever experienced. I would recommend this agency to anyone wanting to do a refinance. Scott was a pleasure to work with and kept in near daily contact with us as the process move forward. He was able to answer any question or concern we might have in a swift manner. It did not matter what the time of day was he always took time to answer our questions and give us the directions we needed to complete this refinance. This was a near seamless process.
