InMotion Hosting has been my host for about a year and a half. I was a complete novice when I began and their customer service has been beyond reproach at every turn. They made a scary process (building my own website) go smoothly and were willing to help whenever I called or chatted with their support staff online. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them. In fact, I'm now creating websites for others and have asked my clients to change hosts because I have found others to fall short either with their customer service, or the way that their control panel is configured. Not only does InMotion provide FABULOUS customer service, their interface is easy to understand and they have great tutorials to help you along the way. And one of the best parts of this company is that it's located in the US AND their support staff are in the States as well.
