RIP OFF!! They work with a company called Liberty Unsecured to scam people. I applied for a loan and LU said I was pre-approved, but I had to go through Improve Credit Me first. They said they had to take $500 out of my account but no matter what happened they would refund that money. They said to get the loan I had to keep paying Improve Credit a fee or no loan. I said no. Of course months later, no improved credit, no loan, and no refund. I feel so dumb.
