I just experienced one of the best support chats I've ever partaken in with any company. Dennis connected extremely quickly and setup an RMA return immediately with no questions asked. He then even placed an order for the replacement part, for a discounted
price! After the order was placed we needed to change the address and he responded almost immediately to an email of that request. I will be using Impact in the future, for sure.
