I spoke with Ralph Tamayo today to order a display panel cable for an HP laptop. We didn't have the exact part number available to us, but with his insight to use the power of Google, in combo with some information I gave him, we were able to locate the exact piece I needed. He is definitely an asset to this company and I highly suggest that you go to Impact Computers for all of your computer parts needs. I think they could be a bit cheaper on some items, but the fast shipping and great customer service outweighs the pricing.
