Not once but twice IDCSERVCO stung us with huge overcharges and fraudulent sales practices

They don't deserve even one star...The rating system should start at no stars. These people are supposedly shipping goods for a third party (or parties) and act like they don't have anything to do with anything. The supposed real seller is not disclosed,
who calls you or just ships you exorbitantly priced office supplies, namely toner cartridges. A unknown person (connected to IDCSERVCO) contacted our General Manager who said they had done business with our previous office manager who had retired, which was
a lie. This person stated they supplied our Toner Cartridges and got our new office person's contact information then they send us a backup toner cartridge that we had never bought before. We have a contract with our Copier company that includes these cartridges
in the price we pay per month for the copier. The bill was $699 for a $120 Cartridge. Over 500% higher than the same copier toner cartridge I looked up at several vendors online. The bill slipped through our office and was paid. The same slime ball then a
few months later shipped us two more and when I saw the bill for something like $1800 with shipping (which was a multiple of actual shipping costs) we call to return everything. We got a run around for a couple months but they relented and eventually took
back the cartridges and refunded our money. Who knows how many companies they rip off every day. The story that they merely fulfill orders is convenient but how amazing that they do business with others that are so fraudulent and unscrupulous. Do you think
