I had a great experience working with Home Savings Loan Center for my modification. I started out working with Joseph S. at the end of March. There were a few times when I doubted this modification would actually happen because when I attempted to modify my loan with my bank last year I was told "I didn't qualify."
This morning I received my modification package in the mail and I am quit thrilled. I owed a little over 500k on my home and somehow Home Savings Loan Center was able to get my balance down to 415k @ 4.75%. I would definitely recommend Home Savings Loan Center and Joseph, he was very professional and remained readily available to answer all my questions throughout.
