The president of Greenbridge Commerical Group is Ziya Arik.
He has previously been involved in two other leasing companies, one of which has an "F" rating from the BBB.
He previously worked for Capital Werks LLC / Preferred Lease of Santa Ana California and MSN Leasing of Irvine.
Both companies generated many consumer complaints.
The most common complaint was that the companies promised to fund a lease, obtained a deposit from the customer, and then did not fund the lease. The companies then refused to refund all or most the deposit.
One ex-employee of Greenbridge Commerical Group says -- in a posting on another consumer information website - that Greenbridge Commercial is a "scam" which promises to "fund leases but does not come thru"
The company denied the statement saying the allegation was coming from an ex-employee.
The BBB currently gives Greenbridge Commerical Group an "A" rating -- the highest possible rating.
But the BBB review for this company contains a factual error.
The website domain name listed for Greenbridge is incorrect.
The company that owns the domain name listed on the BBB review accuses Greenbridge of "using the domain name without authorization"

I sued Capital Werks Leasing and won.
I accused them of "false and deceptive practices"
Capital Werks did not contest the validity of my claim.
At the time I did business with Capital Werks/Preferred Lease, Ziya Arik, was the office manager. I spoke with him many times, demanding that Capital Werks / Preferred Lease refund all my deposit money. They refused. I sued. I won.
Ziya Arik now the president of Greenbridge Commerical Group according to a letter posted by him on another webdsite.
