This company is just one of many companies like this all owned by one man. Richard Rodriguez, an Alhambra resident, has secretly owned many of these rental agencies.He gets unsuspecting people to license these businesses under their name for a small fee. He usually will prey on the Spanish speaking community in hopes that the language barrier keeps most people from fighting for the monies given to the company. They write false reviews and open and close or change the name.He currently has another office like this in El Monte under the name Global Rentals. A few months ago this same company was named Capitol, same location they just changed the name of the owner. This same man has done this same thing over and over. He used to have one named Seaside in Huntington Beach, he had one named Hacienda Credit, he had one named Southland and Casas Grandes in El Monte a few years back. Someone needs to stop him from ripping these people off. He is getting unsuspecting people to license the businesses in their names and doesn't do anything for the poor people who give this man the money they have worked so hard for. They lie, they cheat and basically they are robbing the community with empty promises and delaying people with refunds. Global is owned by name to Brennon Felix who ran Golden State Rentals in Huntington Beach, Richard Rodriguez also owned that company secretly too. I hope that the right people can read this and take action. These men need to be stopped.
