I bought a GA-EP43-UD3L motherboard in July. I spent over a month in contact with Gigabyte Technologies technical support trying to get it to work. Most of the replies they gave me to my emails were repeats of things that I told them I had already done. They don't seem to read the emails sent to them. I have never been able to get someone to answer their phone system, despite calling well over 2 dozen times. Their customer support is no better. They take just as long to process/reply to emails(3+ days most of the time) and don't seem to read the emails before replying to them. Their online website is slow and many of the online technical support features(like requesting an RMA) don't work well.
