My wife and I bought a certified pre-owned F-150 from Galpin. It turned out to be the biggest mistake of our lives. My truck has been in their lot for repairs 84 days and I have been in 20 rentals and I have owned the truck for 9 months. The cake topper is that I drove my truck for 4 months with the smell of gas when I turned on my AC or my Heater and the service Manager says, "Well if it really bothers you we can take a look at it." Well Galpin never found the problem I had to take it to another Ford dealer and they found the problem, my motor was ticking all of my 8 spark plugs were loose and 2 coil boots had excess carbon on them. I took the truck to Galpin a total of 5 times for the gas smell and they never found anything wrong with it. I would never buy any other car from Galpin I hate the way the treat their customers, to them its like and assembly line (get them out) and they want to be the number 1 selling dealership in the world. I would never recommend Galpin to anyone.
