I started dealing with this company last week. When I called they got some information from me. They asked me if I was having problems paying my mortgage. I stated no I was just trying to get a lower interest rate. The person I spoke to said that they could only help if I was having problems. But he seemed that he could help. They were going to tak money out of my account, $299.95 but needed paperwork back including a hardship letter. I then received a call from them reminding me of the start date. I called them back and the people who I spoke to didn't seem to know who I was. Don't they keep records and can look me up in the computer? Hopefully they will refund my money but by the few reviews I have seen on here I doubt it.
