Do not hire this company. They are brokers not carriers, and they don’t tell you that when you call. They charge higher prices.
They take you to a process asking you what do you have to move, but they don't go in detailed with you so they can gauge their prices later.
I hired them because I thought it was a fair price of $1900. But then, they have someone else give you a call and they go over things that it should have been asked in the first call, for example, "Are you planning to bring a vacuum?" Then they wanted to charge me $3500.00
I called another company and with less time, and with all of the items that I added they charged me $2200.00 but they're were carriers not brokers like this company.
Don't let them fool you. They make you sign a contract that says there are no refunds, and use that as an excuse when they gouge your prices.
They already know what they are going to do. Check the BBB complaints, everyone is complaining about the same thing.
Very unethical practices. I hired the other company that was a carrier instead, and a lot more thorough.
