I moved with them last week from CA-NV.
The experience was very good compare to a few years ago when I moved with a different company.
The only problem Was that they scratched my dining table that was very valuable to me however they took care of my claim The same day and compensate me.
They have an excellent customer service but make sure all your furniture are covered before loading them into the truck!
