I recently had the unfortunate occasion to deal with this company after my car was damaged by a valet service for whom they handle claims. Without due diligence and on the basis of a fallacious report and photo from their client and despite proof on my part with documentation and corroboration from a witness, they have refused to honor my claim. The damage happened in Illinois, they are in California, mind you leaving me to communicate only by email, as their phones seem to never receive calls or messages. I am assuming they work very similarly to medical health claims where multiple denials are given in hopes that the claimant will desist.
