STOLEN Deposit - on-line FRAUD. Do NOT use- this is EXTORTION

STOLEN DEPOSIT - The absolute WORST! First called 718 554-8156 and it just rings busy. Then I Called 800 690-2085 -Serge the owner hides behind shield that "he doesn't take phone calls" - what a crock... Serge Krasner took my $300 deposit via PayPal @eliteautoshipping on Nov. 15th. They called to say that had to increase the price to ship my car. I told him there was a formal quote and contractor and that what they were doing was EXTORTION. On Saturday he responded to my request for a refund stating that he would refund it on Monday (as they were not open on Saturday - then why was he responding via Paypal chat?). Today I called ALEX, 305 676-6578, the representative that set-up my deal and he doesn't answer the phone or my text messages anymore. Do NOT use this extortion ring. PLEASE contact the Better Business Bureau and report them for on-line payment FRAUD- if a company accepts money over the internet (even for a domestic transaction) it is considered international fraud. If they even have a license it should be revoked.
