I ordered some alpine type r subs last year feb. 2010 and paid them 279 dollars for them and was sen an email stating I would receive them in a few days. After 2 weeks they stated te were backordered and that it would take a few weeks before they would get more in. After a month wet by I asked for a refund and after trying to call them and email them for 4 months they said they would refund my money. They told me the refund was done and I would see the money back on my card in 7 to 10 days. I didn't so I called them over and over for one month tell I finaly got somone on the phone they said that the problem was on my banks side not there's and that I had to have them investigate it so I did it took my bank 30 days to investigate the transaction and at the end of the 30 days they confermed that dealcostcaraudio never refunded my money. Now dealercost has no phone number and does not return my emails and it has been 1 year and 3months since they stole 279 dollars from me. I hope they hae been shut down so they can't steel anymore money from anyone else
