This company is not what they appear on their website. We found out first hand! They claim to have 100% satisfaction guarantee, constumer service, etc. They have never responded to any of our messages we've had to leave, their online chat is never on line, and the have not tried to make right the sending of the wrong dvd's we ordered. I would highly recommend finding another company to deal with before you have the headaches we've had trying to straighten this out. Thier 2-3 day priority mail they advertised, took 8 days to get it delivered also.
