DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! They are DIRTY. We hired them for a "kitchen in a week" including countertops and cabinets so why am I still looking at the same old kitchen that has been in the house since 1978? Our kitchen in a week turned into two weeks. When that was unacceptable, they promised again a kitchen in a week but three days before construction was to begin, they advised that they would not begin construction as contracted. To make matters worse - they never called and told us! We had to keep calling them - they never return phone calls- until we got a hold of someone who broke the news to us. We had already had so many calls unreturned, promises broken, and lies told to us that we were done. The owner promised us a refund, but never sent us our money back. The Better Business Bureau cannot do anything for you once you have given them any money. They told the BBB that our money was refunded 10/15/08, so why are we having to sue in small claims?! The information provided on the BBB website is totally false. The address of the company is actually a house and the woman who lives that says the owner does not live there. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY OF YOUR BUSINESS UNLESS YOU CAN AFFORD FOR THEM TO RUN OFF WITH YOUR MONEY. I would give them no stars if it were an option!
