Very bad experience when booking flight through online agent. When I had to add my infant to flight with Copa Airlines I kept getting reps that didn't know how to do it, kept getting different answers, and when I kept repeadily asking to speak to a supervisor I was denied my request. Then finally one representative let me speak to a supervisor which was also on a different page. In the end I ended up having to pay way too much to add my infant when I was in the understanding that I only had pay 10% of my full ticket price. I ended up paying almost triple that. VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER. I will never Fly COPA AIRLINES again. My Rating is one star because that's the less I can give, I wouldn't give them any stars. Just overall difficult airline to deal with.
