Pleas beware !! They try so hard to please , until there is a problem. Then they act stupid. The receptionist is very RUDE and does not try at all to help you out.
I have spent over $2500.00 dollars on two new built to my wish . Then when I get it home there is NO Keyboard , No Mouse. I was lucky ther were cords to hook the darn thing up.
The clerk argued with me about why di I wait so long before coming back to let them know. Well when I work and live 35 miles away from there store. It took me a week-end to get back to there store.
I have made 5 trips over to the store so far. I must make one more trip because they owe me a credit amount for a service they could not do on my computer but made me pay for up-front. 129.00 dollar infact. Nothing to let go.
Do not get me wrong , The techinition who built the computer was very helpful but does not do the transactions and billing.
My main complient is against the clerk at the register.
So IF YOU WANT FAIRNESS DO NOT SHOP THERE.
