I cannot imagine a worse company than CSI (Cardservice International) aka 1st Data. I do not understant why they are still in business. I BEGAN to fill out an application with them to enable me to accept credit cards on my site and then changed my mind. I had found them on the Wells Fargo site. Wells Fargo was actually promoting them! I did not complete the application; however, the next 15 days of my life would belong to them. 24/7 I was inundated with "war" calls, telephone calls and emails. A representative of the company had become angry with me when I said I did not want to do business with them and I haven't a doubt that he gave my contact information to many, many other companies which also contacted me in the same unyielding manner. It all started at the same time. I now have about a 1" stack of printed out emails from these people and a long list of telephone calls. It took me days to investigate where the calls were coming from since they were using unknown caller IDs. But, I DID find them. Nothing I did would stop them, even though I filed every kind of complaint I could, even with the FCC and Wells Fargo. After about 15 tortuous days and nights, it finally stopped. I am a disabled and very ill senior citizen. The stress of this situation almost killed me.
