NO STARS! NEGATIVE! DECEPTIVE BUSINESS!
This place is a FRAUDULENT BUSINESS that gets customers through FAKE ADS in your local PennySaver.
I've dealt with them in 2007 while hunting for a rental. I fell in the trap they use to attract their customers: an ad in the PennySaver for a very nice place which did not exist. It's just to get you on the phone, then they say you will get all the information about the rental if you go to the office. You get there and you learn you now have to pay a fee which, of course will be partially returned, no questions asked, if you did not find a rental in the next 3 months. At the end of which I did not get any refund because I learn I had to return ALL their faxed listings. Of course they NEVER mention when you register for their services that you will need all 24 listings. Nevertheless I had read the small print and made sure I would get them. Now how many times did I have to call to get the listings and call and call, and no one answered and the listing was skipped. It only takes one! How convenient. That way they are sure they will not have to refund you. I wrote several times. I faxed. I sent a registered mail which they refused to claim. I wrote to the City Attorney who did not answer. I informed the PennySaver of the fraudulent ad and for some time there were none until it reappeared, same wording for a rental in another city. The only reason I did not take them to a small claims court is because I got too busy elsewhere. I am hoping that someone will. Alas their customers are often people with little money or little knowledge of their rights.
