Don't Buy

On 11/25/11 we purchased some tile from Buddy's Tile. Frustratingly, it took one month for the tile to come in. When it did come in, the color was completely wrong. Again, this was really frustrating, because we had already waited so long. Buddy's agreed to take it back. Amazingly though, when we went to order another tile, Andrea Moore (Manager) told me that her and her boss were going to charge me a 7% premium for using my credit card. The explanation given was that the prior credit card chargebacks were going to cost them money, so they were now going to charge me a 7% premium to use my credit card now. I told Andrea that that they were not supposed to charge a customer more to use a credit card. She said that it didn't matter. She said that even if they didnt call it a credit card charge, they were still going to charge me the 7% one way or another.
THIS IS BAD BUSINESS.
