We had a pool deck completed by Brad's Creative Concrete back in November 2010. It was completed beautifully and we loved it. However, back in August 2011, just 9 months later, many of the flaws that were originally fixed during the patio makeover, have resurfaced. Brad promised us a 1 year warranty and when I spoke to him in early August he said he'd take care of it. It's now the end of September and despite leaving close to a dozen messages for him, he's not returned my call. His voicemail box is now full and not accepting messages. I'm really disappointed in his lack of follow-through. Although previously I would have recommended him/his company in a heartbeat, I can't in good conscience do that now. It's one thing for a company to do good work but to do good work AND provide good customer service is really what it's all about. Thumbs down Brad.
