I used Boingo once, and they charge me what ever I signed for when I was in Chicago’s airport, but they kept my credit card information and I did login again in another location at the time between those 24 hours I signed for, using their program which by the way won’t tell you about this issue, but the bill appear later into my statement you will be charged whatever priced they consider for the use in the other location, even though they put the info at the beginning in their web site, their program it is designed to make you fall and forget that you will be charged again and again and again, every time of use, pretty bad situation no? I called them and try to get my money back, and of course they have the ball in their hands right now, and said not, but one costumer unsatisfied means a lot of things, they can abuse and take the money, so at least they can feel that they serving right?. I think that practice is dishonest, and also the poor customer service is prevalent, and not good business practices. 100.000 locations? Could be millions of locations, but mean nothing at this type of service. Thanks for nothing boingo
