Dealing with this company is a nightmare. This is a huge scam. They were advertising a "free" trial of their "DNA Miracle Cream" that I signed up for. You are supposed to have 15 days to try the product is crappy. It's a cream the consistency of Crisco that made me break out. When I phoned them and asked about the return procedure to receive a refund, they said it was too late and they wouldn't refund my money. They shipped the product on May 25, billed my credit card on June 1, before I even RECEIVED THE PRODUCT. I received it on June 3 but couldn't phone then because it was when I got home after work and they were closed, so I phoned Monday June 7 instead. Not only wouldn't they refund my money, but they had enrolled me in the VIP autoship club and said that they couldn't stop the next shipment because it was already in their warehouse. Isn't that where all the merchandise is -- the warehouse? They kept me on hold for @ least 45 minutes before talking to a customer service rep. The first rep promised to email me instructions on how to stop future autoshipments, but never did. I called again, waited another 45 minutes and the 2nd rep directed me to a page on their website where it says that in order to stop autoshipments you have to send them a signed, dated letter by mail. Not trusting this unethical company, I sent mine certified. We'll see if that works. They may continue sending me merchandise, but I am determined that they will not be paid, even if I have to resort to canceling my credit card outright. This is the WORST Internet retail scam I've ever encountered and will never order a "free" sample again =D Avoid these scammers and fraudsters at all costs!!!!
