Among 4-5 other mattress stores on the same street, I'm glad to report I decided to make my purchase from: Beds Etc. The owner ron happened to be there, along with another salesperson. They both made sure everything went so smoothly for me! From giving me a lower price than any of the other quotes I had gotten for my temperpedic mattress, to making sure I had quick delivery (& even removed my old mattress!). I could not be happier and have slept so well these last few weeks! They are a smaller company, and I wasnt familiar with them, but I cant say enough about how accommodating they were to me. I believe because their a smaller, family-owned company, they go out of their way to take care of their customers, and don't treat people like another number in a stack. I told them I would write a review online because I was so pleased :-) And especially after having some pretty annoying experiences at other mattress stores I had recently visited nearby (one was called ortho..i will never go there again!)In fact, the other mattress stores across the street, sent me out of their store insulted, with out of touch, high priced quotes on the few mattresses I asked about, so I decided to try the mattress shop across the street called "Beds Etc" before I went home. I found the folks there to be very candid and upfront about their low prices & brand name mattress options. In fact, their prices were priced far below the other guys! I can't say enough about Beds Etc :-) Thankyou for your patience and understanding while working with me to find just the right mattress, and for helping me find something with high quality that was still in my modest budget (this was my challenge!) :-) I've slept better than ever in my new mattress...feels like Ive been sleeping on a cloud!
