Left me with no heat for 9 months

Jim and his crew did a very poor job installing a boiler for me. First his crew broke my oil tank, so I had to pay him to install a new one. Then the system broke a few weeks after they installed it. The system continued to break every few weeks during the winters. Jim came and flushed the system out a couple times, then told me I should "invest in a blanket". This was all while the work was still under warrantee. His warrantee is worthless. The last time the system broke was in March. When I got lucky and caught him on the phone he would tell me that he "will be out to fix it later this week". Now he doesn't even answer his phone. Its November now and there is snow on the ground, and no heat in my house...
