I had an awful experience with this company's return policy. Bought tv stand and returned it the same day as it does not fit my space. Company manager initially offered me store credit, I asked if I could get refund instead and this is when things started going downhill. Manager threatened outright to keep my money if I do not use store credit within 2 -4 weeks. For 6 months, I fought tooth and nail to get my money back. I finally retrieved the funds, thanks largely in part to my credit card company which intervened on my behalf. Buyers beware! Be sure to check out BBB's credit rating of companies before proceeding.
