This company is a shameful disgrace to any legitimate business.
I ordered the Trial Membership of Celebrity White Teeth on 1/20/10 at which time I read the Terms and Conditions of the product which stated that I had a 14 day recision period. I called to cancel my product trial on 1/29/10 when I came to find that my teeth were too sensitive to use the product and my membership was cancelled. My bank contacted me regarding fraudulent charges (they were privy to this scam as well) and said that I needed to contact the company to have them refund the $149 that was charged on 1/29/10. My request was denied stating that they periodically change the terms and conditions and on 1/24/10 they made the recision period 10 days.
This is the biggest scam that I have been involved in and I warn anyone out there... stay clear of this company!
