NIGHTMARE since the begging. Talked to Jorge, great guy and set up a long distance move. Due to personal problems, after pick up it turned into a local move. Well things went wrong since the pick up. The mover was RUDE and argued with the helpers he brought. The original estimate didnt include all my boxes which Jorge should have checked few days before the move but he didnt and admitted to it. So I was arguing with the mover there cause he wanted to over charge me 150 cu ft when in reality the boxes took 88 cu ft (I meassured EVERY box after drop off). Also, the mover didnt give me a receipt listing my belongings!! Called the central office and they apologized. Then I called Rene and informed that the move was gonna be local and she said it'd cost 1060 bucks, to which I reply it was way too much for a local move plus storage. She said that due to the "double trouble" the total amount of hours she was charging me was 16! The total number of hours was 7 for this move of a 1 bedroom apartment! I told he that was a rip off and she said "thats common practice." I called and got estimates from other moving companies at $400 for the same job with NO "double trouble" crap! VERY DISHONEST COMPANY! When they dropped off my stuff, the same mover REFUSED to give me my stuff if I wrote "under protest" when I was signing everything because I was still disputing the final price. I had to THREATEN with calling the police. Then he calmed down, they dropped off my stuff with no basic reassemble which should have done. At this point Rene was NOT taking my calls for the past 10 days to the point I had to call from a different number to get through. VERY VERY ABYSMAL company. DO NOT do business with these people!
