Granted the movers that came to the apartment were extremely polite and quick, be careful that this company gives you an accurate quote before they haul your stuff off. We did an out-of-state move and were quote a certain cubic footage/price at the apartment and then 24hours prior to delivery were given another (higher) quote. The company adjusted their initial quote on the original contract I signed, however, did not notify me of this change until the day before delivery. I was told that "I signed the contract" (and yes I did) but they modified it without my permission assuming that I would be fine that I signed an agreement they later adjusted. It seems a threat to file a complaint with the BBB made them see the light and the company did change their quote back to the original (prior to their modification). Also, beware of the boxes they charge you for. THEY ARE NOT NEW. We were charged $22 for a used wardrobe box and $41 for a TV box that was originally a picture frame box that they cut up (in front of us) to "box" our TV in. Overall, a good bunch of loaders and unloaders but just beware the quoted price, products used (boxes and an excessive amount of tape) and of the people you speak with in the office.
