Absolutely the most horrible experience ever. They showed up late. The truck wasn't even ready and they tried to charge us for it. The movers were rude and purposely took as much time as possible to just wrap things. They also found no problem taking personal calls contstantly while we were paying them. When calls were placed to customer service and supervisor's to complain they were rude and not helpful what-so-ever! It was a string of excuses and arguments. They immediately called the movers and we were screamed at for "telling on them". They then proceeded to damage walls and broke our furniture. When we complained they stated it was our fault the furniture broke it was already lsoe and the walls were no big deal. They were so rude and unprofessional I can't believe the BBB hasn't been called on them. When we called Renee to see what compensation we would be given she was rude and nasty again telling us they don't give customers discounts for anything. THey would put calking on the walls and take the chair to ahve it repaired. We'll get it back in 6 weeks. Unbelieveable. I am telling you now, if you use them you will regret it!!!
