As a desperate homeowner, I reluctantly gave this company $2500, ( mind you we already spent over $7000 on saving our hone with loanidifactions), and after 6 months, received notification, via conference call, that to proceed further with litigation, we would need to give an additional $2500! Although the woman that goes by the name Linda, informed us initially that we could receive our money back in full after 60 days if the "investor" could not retain our promissary note from our lender to redo our mortgage at 60% of our original home loan, she stated that I actually should "owed" her money since she's paid out more than the initial $2500 we gave on supposed "legal investigations," which she said was "impossible" to provide with all the clients they have.... Con artists- DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THIS " AMERICAN HOME SAVERS " company!!!
