Don't Put it Off

We attended an informational presentation by Don Swaim who thoroughly explained the advantages of a Living Trust. We had put off a will and decided on the spot that the Living Trust was the best way to go. A will does not keep your heirs out of probate
court but a living trust does. Within a week we heard from their account manager and we are to speak with our case lawyer tomorrow evening. Everything is handled professionally and my wife and I are very pleased we attended the informational.
