I cannot believe that I fell for this. Last fall, I got a phone call from this outfit saying that I could get three cartridges for the price of two, just to try their product. They said the output on their cartridges was superior to HP; so I ordered the three, and paid for the two. Subsequently, I get a phone call wanting to know when I would like THE OTHER NINE cartridges shipped. When I mentioned that I only agreed to buy two, I was advised that they only sell in lots of 12 and they were very sorry for the "miscommunication". First of all, the three I received were no different in output than the cartridges we normally use; and, secondly, we got rid of all the printers that used that cartridge. I told their representative this, but he continues to call; now he wants to sell me cartridges we can use "just to break even". I keep putting him off. Does anyone realize that this outfit was fined $500,000 by the FTC in April of 2000 for its questionable business practices? The only reason I gave this company any star was because I couldn't go any lower. Avoid this outfit like the plague!
