My experience with Alliance Express was great!

Frist I'd like to say that Alliance Express Moving did a great job moving me from Los Angles to New York. My family and I will always use them. The reviews that I read about them before I rendered their services were scary but there are a 100 different companies that have even worse complaints. Yes I did get a couple boxes damaged that contained china but I expected as much since my move was over 2000 miles. They did raise my final cost by $780 due to additional furniture that I was hoping to sell but wasn't lucky enough to get it done before my move. I realize that such things can happen and to expect no damage or loss when your stuff is being moved thousands of miles is actually ridiculous. I was told that my things would be delivered between 7 and 14 business days and I received it on the 10th business day.
Overall I am very satisfied with the services that I received. I have used other movers for my past moving needs and comparing them and Alliance I can say that they are absolutely not what this kennly lady is portraying them to be. Unless she was expecting a free move and not a single scratch on any of her things is outrageous. She cannot expect perfect work. Things happen; such as trucks breaking down, getting stuck due to weather and things getting damaged. If she wanted perfect work then she should have moved her stuff herself and not write a 3 page review about things that are anticipated to happen.
I will definitely use them again and will recommend them to my friends and family.
