I have had the same problems. I have to wait 45 minutes to talk to someone. I have talked to 6 different people, all promising to refund my money and then I am told the system is down. I would advise anyone to stay away from this company and their product, which by the way burned as soon as you put it on. Dont be as foolish as I was and trust a company without looking them up first.
