Company saved my house from foreclosure! I nearly was put out of my home by my lender. Adjustable Rate Modifiers contacted my lender to stop the foreclosure. Not only did adjustable rate modifiers stop the foreclosure, they were able to adjust my rate from 9.99 to 5%. The company has several representatives always available to assist me. I referred the company to several of my family members whom also received great service.
